利用のご案内
1.使用の制限
下記の場合は、使用をお断りする。
(1)営利を目的とした行為等
(2)公の秩序又は善良な行為を乱すおそれがあること
(3)公益に反すること
(4)会館を汚損すると思われる場合
(5)近隣に迷惑を及ぼすと思われる場合
(6)自治会活動の主旨に反すると思われる場合
(7)特定の政治目的及び特定の宗教目的として常時使用されると思われる場合
(8)管理上支障があるとき、又は委員会が不適当であると認めた場合
2.使用上の注意
(1)許可収容人員を超えて入場させないこと
(2)壁、柱、窓等に貼り紙及び釘類を打ち込まないこと
(3)危険物又は不潔物を持ち込まないこと
(4)許可なく物品を販売しないこと
(5) 生ゴミ、タバコの吸がら、ごみ等は使用者が持ち帰り処理すること
(6) 使用後の火気、戸締りは必ず確認すること
(7)確認後、チェックシートに記入し、鍵と一緒に自治会会長に返却すること
3.その他
(1)会館の施設等を破損したときは、自治会会長に届けて指示を受けること

利用のご案内

使用しようとする者は、神社総代長の許可を受けなければならない。

次の各号に該当する者は入場を拒み、又は退場を命ずることがある
(1) 公安秩序風俗風紀を乱すおそれがあると認める者
(2)施設等損傷するおそれがある者 -
団体使用責任者は、備付の使用願いに所要事項を記入しなければならない。
-
使用終了後は整理整頓清掃を確実に実施すること。
-
使用中設備又は備品を破損又は汚損等したときは速やかに神社総代長に届け出て指示を受けること。
